1. You Call Us
You may call us at any time convenient for you. Our consultant will record the cause of failure of your device, your contact details and guide you on what we will do next.
2. Arrive & Diagnosis
After your device has been delivered, and depending on the complexity of the repair, we will discuss the repair and the breakdown of the costs with you.
3. Repair
Once we have both agreed on the costs of repair, we will carry out the repair using genuine parts for your product. When the repair is complete, we will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery.
4. Return
After a repair is completed our consultant will contact You and specify address and delivery time.
